Hmmm, I have mixed feelings on setting the parameters by saying something upfront. That's because I find guys who do that a little too jarring for my personality and there's a job interview, sterile quality to it. That's why people without firm standards are not as compelling but it conveys that you are not entirely comfortable or know who you are. You adjust to get what you want. It's kinda like you need to tell yourself (i don't feel afraid saying this to you because you sound like a good guy who will not take it too far): f*ck it, they can take me or leave me.
