I would be pissed. But I wouldn't give him an ultimatum that he stops talking to her. I would keep my eyes open for more signs of semi-cheating and I might even break up with him. But, I wouldn't act like I was so insecure, becuase that would just give him more reason to stray. Even though he has not crossed the line into "real" cheating, it would be so easy for him to slip into it since he is so careless. I couldn't handle it. I need to really be able to trust someone.
